High & Medium Pressure Fittings

Gaugeable tube fittings to 22,500 psig and cone-and-thread fittings to 60,000 psig, for wellhead control panels, hydraulic control units, chemical injection skids and high-pressure sampling systems.

Shared technical basis

Section A — Medium-Pressure Gaugeable Series: Patented two-piece cartridge design — a female body with a preassembled nut-and-ferrule cartridge — giving a leak-tight gas seal that is gaugeable on initial installation and every reassembly. Ratings per ASME B31.3 Chapter IX High Pressure Piping. Rated up to 22,500 psig in Alloy 2507; not compatible with any other manufacturer’s tube fitting hardware.

Section B — Cone & Thread Series: A coned tube end sealing against a matching angled seat in the fitting body, clamped by a left-hand-threaded collar and a gland. Weep holes on every connection allow leak detection during assembly. The 9/16in high-pressure size follows API-6A wellhead-equipment sealing dimensions, so genuinely interchangeable hardware exists across qualified manufacturers.

Materials: 316 stainless steel standard on both families. Alloy 2507 Super Duplex and Alloy 625 are available as a matched body-and-tubing set (not tubing alone) on both families, per our manufacturer’s dedicated alloy catalog — pressure ratings shift with material (2507 rates higher than 316SS on the gaugeable-series tube ends: 22,500 vs 20,000psig; 625 rates lower than 316SS on Cone & Thread high-pressure ends: 36,000 vs 60,000psig). NACE MR0175/ISO 15156 available via -NACE suffix. Monel/Alloy 400 is not offered in either family. Special alloys beyond 2507/625 — on request, subject to manufacturer confirmation.

Sourcing note: Medium-Pressure Gaugeable items are ex-stock from a single qualified source (patented cartridge design). Cone & Thread items are available from multiple qualified manufacturers to the same interface dimensions. End-connection conversion adapters (NPT, JIC, hose ↔ cone & thread, all pressure classes) are available — quoted on request.
