Thread & weld fittings
NPT threaded and socket-weld instrument fittings, in the full range of configurations below. Working pressure is governed by thread size, body style and material — five shared schedules below cover every threaded item by the family it actually belongs to; each card lists its own reference dimensions and connection type.
NPT threads per ASME B1.20.1. Forgings to ASTM A182/ASME SA182; bar stock to ASTM A479/ASME SA479. Pressure ratings per ASME B31.3 (4:1 design factor). Materials: 316 stainless steel, carbon steel and brass standard; Alloy 2507 (Super Duplex), Alloy 625, Alloy 825 and 6-Moly available on special order. Monel/Alloy 400 is not available in this fitting family. Reference dimensions shown per card are for the 1/4in size; other sizes available on request. Certain configurations are supplied ex-stock from a single qualified source rather than multiple — confirm exact size and material availability with our engineering team at RFQ stage.

psig at 100°F. Lower figure = single-source rating; upper figure = second network source, where published. Exceptions: Street Elbow’s 1″ rating tops out at 5,300 psig (not 6,400). Run Tee is available at the lower figure only, with no special-alloy grades published. Branch Tee’s 3/4″/1″ sizes are single-source (lower figure), and its special-alloy grades stop at 1/2″.
